How to correct "FTP over SSL not Enabled"

PLease Ive been trying to move a file to my host, but since I upgraded the ftp cleint software, Ive been getting "insecured server", "ftp over ssl not enabled",

I've searched for help through google and youtube, I followed the process of creating a certificate through the ftp server, but the thing didnt change anything.

Pls any help from someone who fought this in the past?

Gonna need a little more data than that mate. Try FTPing using FZ as it is the best FTP client you can have for free. About your error, it is indiciating that you are trying to connect over FTSP or SSL mode which is not supported by your server. Need to look at detailed log to give you the best answer man.
