How to copy paste HTMl site

Hi

Anyone knows how to copy paste a html site to use it later on your URL. Basically, I know a site will go down soon and all of the pages will be deindexed. I do not have access to this site but I would like to download and re upload the files to new URL once the old site is "dead"


I guess there is semi-simple solution for this but I never done it and couldn't find it.

I believe you can download the site with HTTrack Website Copier and then upload the files to your host.
 
Most browsers allow you to save pages with related documents. There is always Google search to find a harvester like Scrapebox.

Depends how complex site is.

If you're using google chrome or Mozilla Firefox you can right click and click Save As. It can get more complex then this depending on the design.
 
Yeah HTTrack will work, as long as there isn't a database for the site.

hey old man i was thinking you know everything.
 
you can use webharvey to scrap text url and data .
 
Personally for myself I would usually make a script using Simple HTML Dom to scrape all the content and insert it into a localhost Wordpress install, then the website is built and all ready to go.

But if you have access to terminal/SSH on a Linux system, there should be ways to use the wget function to download all the HTML pages and any other sources found on the pages.
