How to copy CSS that I have seen on a website?

I am very basic at CSS n html.

I’ve searched many videos on yt about CSS courses but all the videos are not exactly what I want.

How do I copy the html n css exactly from the site that I found?

please help me out!

Show Source -> Search for the .css link in meta -> click the link to the css file

No, you just need to understand how it works.

For example, you can find the .css source file using CTR+U in Chrome.
Then what?

Do you know how to use the tags in your HTML?

but yeah as you said, even I got the css file, make it exactly the same was not easy
