Hey guys i need to copy a website ! Means i some Need to get exactly the Same WEBDESIGN Code as Someone Else has. Do you know how i Could do that? Is it possible?

first check if the website is using any cms or custom built.
If its cms based you just need to install the theme same as the site you want.

Depends on the content license. Even "free" content such as wikipedia require some attribution.

Nope, it's illegal as the rights belong to whoever owns the orig. content. I hope he plans on changing all the text & images, as he can stir up a serious shitstorm otherwise.
