How To Copy a php site?

Hello, All i want to copy a website its on php i tried httrack its not working (Screenshot attched). i checked the CMS of the site its CODEIGNITER
any Idea How To Do?

php is server side program, you can not get the php file unless you have access to the server.
 
You don't. You hire a developer.
 
you can copy the static version of the website using httrack . try copying some other website first and see if that works otherwise seems like your firewall is blocking the application

i tried copying other site and the software is working
 
Thanks to all i think i Should hire someone to do this maybe
