How to cope with Panda and Penguin algorithm?

Well, I am not a senior SEOer. I have a question. Do you think Panda and Penguin algorithm affects your PR very deeply? Anyone has good methods to bypass sorts of limitations?

No doubt, your PR is likely to suffer if majority of your content is crap and money site over optimized. What I advice is, use unique content and only unique content only. Avoid over optimizing your web page and focus on white hat SEO especially on your money site.
