How to cope with leads that only allows promotion by email?

Hi BHWM,

Here is my problem how to promote a lead which only allows marketing by emails, especially if you don't have the list ?

I mean you must have a list, and it should be targeted, let 's say for the exemple that the target is men with baldness?

How do u find a such targeted emails list?
Is there a software, tools available to harvest these targeted emails?
