Hi folks
some months from now I started to get my firsts SEO clients; by default in my services "brochure" I offer ORM too.
Now I'm maybe stepping into some big ORM contract and I'm preparing about all the uncomfortable questions could pop up when discussing in details about my solution with the client.
I feel confident at most, rieview funnel is very good looking and well coded; but I think I'm not prepared as I should be on a pair of aspects:
1 - How to convince the client 100% that hosting the solution/platform (aka review funnel) on an external domain is the right choice and he should not implement in their site (which I don't manage, so in this case there would be a good chance to get ousted from the games)
2- How to justify the X.xxx$ /mo for a review funnel in case they don't want the full package (proactive monitoring of reviews, daily cleanup..)
This is a huge client which is developing a great number of franchise and this X.xxx$ can become 5 figures/mo as well so I can't say no if they are not interested in the full package and MUST accept their preferences to start make business with them and eventually raise after some time.
I would like some hint from navigated ORM providers here as @BHopkins , @originalposter , @BassTrackerBoats
Thank you very much
