    I'm not sure what your asking, but maybe Type the text out using windows live movie maker?

    Actually I wish convert articles to video by using c# or vb.net
    Program will read article from text file or by input box and will create video of same

    animoto is pretty cool

    also youtube has goAnimate which is a lot of fun to use and will turn your text into a pretty cool cartoon with relatively no work involved

    There are made theme for After Effects where you just need to replace the text in each scene if you have After Effects you should try it you have a lot more control in there then on websites that offer that option.

    There are plenty on Fiverr.....I have some that will read it over a powerpoint as well.
