How to convert Pinterest ads spends to leads

Doing spends like this from my accounts

Tried running ads for dog food, for horoscopes
I get a maximum of 1-2 leads per account
What would you do to improve the situation?

You need to test more creatives, different texts, different landing pages, etc

Testing 3-4 variations of the same creative should do the work.

ur CTR to Outbound clicks are really bad (Bad Creatives). It should be atleast 50%. and you are spending way too much. you just need 10-20$ usd daily to spend for testing and get data for cheaper. After when u find a winning campaign. then scale it with bigger spend
