How to Convert Free Users into Paying Subscribers?

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m looking for ways to improve my online business. I run a group on a popular app with a community of a few thousand people, a small portion of whom generate income for me.

I offer a service that gives early access to exclusive content in exchange for a small subscription (which can be canceled at any time).

While I do earn money from it, it’s not enough considering the number of people joining my Patreon (subscription site) as free members.

Every day, new users sign up but don’t convert to paying subscribers. I offer a few free episodes to get them interested, but many end up dropping off before subscribing to access the rest.

I’d love to hear any advice or tips that could help me grow and better monetize my business.

Offer them free 7 or 14 day free subscription to paid content and then.automatically convert them to paid member when the trial ends.

Second is put the free ones on Emailer and ask them to.subscribe regularly to paid member. Also those who fall of paid subs put them on a separate list and ask them to resubscribe.

I'm not sure how well it would work within your group, but if you can try and give the free members some form of FOMO?

The difference is that my business works on an exclusivity. To be clearer, members who have paid the subscription can watch the latest season, well before it officially comes out.

People, after joining, unsubscribe because there is nothing more to see.

I am looking to convert free members who do not have access to the Channel to join, to watch the latest season.

How can I maintain this business model?

You gotta fix this. You want to put them in a sales ladder. keep selling and keep giving more content and keep them climbing the sales ladder.

What is the ratio of free versus paid ?
