If you want to know about how to create a New Facebook Fanpage (Timeline) that converts well, you better check Smart Passive Income Blog and search for Facebook Timeline tutorial. It is worth reading. I can't post the URL here because I don't have the privileged yet.
 
What country are you from? There must be some CPA networks that would accept you (search around). If not, then joint venture with somebody and send traffic to their CPA offers for a share of the revenue.

That's awesome tutorial.

Seems like you can't do much with Croatian FB traffic. Even if you have lots of it. They don't buy anything on FB, (they are not in decision making mode on FB, difficult to generate sales) - they are there to have fun:

so I think it would be good to give them fun content with ads like Adsense. Too bad my acc is disabled :/

I will maybe search for an alternative.

There are no good CPA offers for Croatia. Extremely few. Only costly cell phone game that people avoid.

so that means:

a) Adsense alternative that pays good for Cro (if there is any)
b)link -earning stuff like bit.ly (u will need a TON of trafic to earn well)
c) get their emails for something. Then make newsletters. And maybe someone will buy - when they see the newsletter.
Because then they are in more decision making mode than on FB.

don't know - didn't test - just writing ideas here.

FB webshop that earns good.. don't think so! Not many sales. Mabye it's my country (Croatia) that doesn't buy from Facebook. Hm.


THey could buy something that is very personal and fun. (and low cost.) :P What could that be? Hm .... !! What could be low cost?? Something small like badges and similiar?

Or it just doesn't exist ^something like that ?

the biggest prob when selling on FB

is that

people are not there to make decisions on FB.

People AVOID making decisions on FB.

they just have fun/relax the mind/interact with people etc.
they don't want to pay for anything/give cash for anything there.. :/ seems to me like that is the case.

Try using other adsense alternatives, or other cpa alternatives there are a lot of them like clickbank and adscendmedia :)
 
Choose a CPA offer keeping in view the country of audience.

You haven't mentioned your niche or demographic. Each niche will convert differently and the same methods used for one, will not necessarily work for the other. You're asking the holy grail question.
