How to convert .eps with layers to .psd with layers?

Hi guys.
Please, help me.
How to convert .eps or .ai with layers or groups to .psd or .tiff with layers and save original name this layers?
I tried but .psd was saved without layers.

There are a several online tools which convert from .eps to .psd, have you tried those? Or this: http://www.aeonity.com/david/how-convert-adobe-illustrator-eps-ai-photoshop-psd?

Open the Illustrator file and do the following:
File > Export > chose PSD > check "Write Layers" under Options > ok
Now you have a PSD file with layers.
P.S. Groups in Illustrator will be treated as 1 Layer

Simple, Open the EPS file and then copy and paste the file in ADOBE FIREWORK and then save it from firework to PSD file, It will automatically save with layers.
