How to Convert Emails to Optin Emails?

Hi

I have several thousands emails that had been given to me, are not scraped, but actual people that bought few specific CB products, and other several thousands that are on the email newsletter of that products.

All the products are in the same niche and serve the same kind of peoples.

I don't want to spam them, with an offer, but I think would be more profitable to convert them to optin.

My idea:

create a high quality weekly curated email newsletter, in the same niche of those emails.

Now until here all fine and ok.

Now how to use that emails?

I am thinking to add as custom audience in Fb, and with a clever ad, target the ones in the custom audience to go to my site and optin for the weekly newsletter.

Or there is some other way? to go, since I want to create a real email list from those emails, I cant think any other way to go with it

Email them offer value for free, build trust, tell about products, make money.Facebook targeting is a secondary thing.You have direct access to people, why choose long way?
Cold emailing can work

First, please don't go using a normal email marketing provider such as MailChimp or AWeeber. Your list will get a compliance flag quicker than popcorn takes in the microwave.

That out the way, I'd say reference them correctly from the medium you received them from and email them directly with your new venture. Let's say you received the list from an iOS CB product, you should create a niche related site and funnel those emails through to a direct email that will include an opt-in to your new email list for that niche site. Once that little 15% or so chooses to opt-in, I'd have them directly funneled to an Automation Series on straight to die for content that will have them thrust for more.

With the remaining email address, your best bet would be to sell them off to someone doing email swipes. The best way to locate them would be to check out Udimi and send them an offer via PM.

Either way wishing you the best of luck. Just take it from someone who worked for an email marketing company listed in this reply for 2 years, that 15% will be worth way more to you in the future then spamming the whole LOT.

Offer them something free like ebooks or course etc for optin in same niche. This is the only option.

No, use some bulk mailing software, there are plenty.First clean up your list (i won't give names, because again, there are plenty websites out there), you don't want fake or expired emails.
Update: didn't read all replies before.You want them to optin to your new list, as suggested above.

ok guys, so here are the steps, If I understand, correct:

1-create a niche site, related to the emails niche.
2-create subject and content for the email I am going to send, explaining my niche site, CTA to sign for the niche site email list.
3-send emails to them, but not from the niche site I built with mailchimp or aweber, but using some bulk mailing software.
4-may be 15% will optin in my new email list, that can be managed with mailchimp or Aweber for example, because now they opted in so is all legal.
5-Keep providing High quality content to them.
6-Increase numbers of subscribers, using some others marketing systems.

Is this right?
Which Bulk mailing software you recommend?

15% opt in is not possible with spam.

if it is only few thousand email, just use a smtp provider, doesnt matter if acc get ban later.

or a passive marketing - use the email as custom audience on fb, buy ad and point them to opt in

yes that is my idea too

im using a single page optin .info page its plain and very simple no distraction to make them optin as fast as possible. using my own kind of methods of traffic to drive them to my page. using aweber by the way with series of newsletters.

gotta admit that my newsletters are not top notch, im focusing on the traffic right now steady as she goes

I suggest using php list or other software to install in mailing server and send your mails through that, if you try mailchimp they will ban you immidietly as these are not optin mails, you may try gmail but it will lead to spam folders.
