How to convert BNB to other coin/ETH without Binance

Hey guys I have some BNB in Metamask, but no Binance account (ID verification still pending). How do I convert it to other coins like ETH?

And which coin should I trade my BNB for? Maybe for some coins fees are too high so which coins are easier to swap for?

I think we can convert using bridge of few DEX's.

Depends on the amount you can try safepal which has binance dapp with 2btc withdrawal limit.
Once you connect/import your wallet to safepal and access the binance dapp you get a binance spot trading account for your connected wallet.

BNB isn't exactly owned by Binance, they just created it so you can exchange it on any popular exchange allows BNB trade.

No, the coins will still stay at Binance Smart Chain, which is not what OP wants
