I get a mass of pms here and admittedly I fall behind on those. Its better to use the contact form, that way my assistant at least gets back to you.
On the list, there as an issue, its fixed the other day but I don't believe it was anything close to 3 months of an issue.
but if you message on the contact form my assistant can get you setup.

Try each option from the dropdowns. Normally I would say use the ideal dropdown on teh contact form, but as a last resort you can mail multiple departments. I did this the other day with a company, could be an issue with filtering or who knows.

Plus in general can't hurt to try again, if you have waited a reasonable amount of time since the first inquiry.
At any rate, I can give you the bitcoin address, but it would be better if you got it directly from support and not a random person on the internet
