Is there any way to contact eBay via e-mail? That resolution center is awful and doesn't let me contact them, yet I can't call them by phone. Is there any eBay e-mail address I can send an e-mail to?
Take the advice. Unless you are a powerseller ( we are) you must email. If you are a powerseller click contact ebay and it will show you your account reps name and direct phone number
That number given by anatho should work. You are only able to speak with a Resolutions team member if your case has either been escalated or appealed or if it's about refunds and recoupment.
