how to contact buyer directly from buyer request

i posted a request in fiverr but i was very surprised that some sellers contacted me directly ,when i asked him how he did it he asked me to pay him $150 to teach me lol..
please does anyone has idea on how he managed to do it without getting a warning message from fiverr?
