how to config. best pm in xrumer?

hi there reading alot about xrumer pm methouds here and in ************.info forum
and getting some conflicting info so i put this to the experts
what is the best way to config the xrumer for pm to achive max delivery
and is this tool a good tool to get the word out there?

Do a register only, then wait a couple days and start sending PM. Do not send over 50 PMs on 1 site.
