How to compress a folder thats already compressed?

Really need help with this one,
its just as the title says.

I need to somehow compress a file that has already been
zipped (to get a smaller file size)

and I need the output folder to be in zip format.

I am using 7-zip for now.

Any suggestions?

It wont help compressing it again. However, if you really want to - just change the extension of the file, f.ex from .zip to .zip2, and then zip it again. When you want to use the file you have to unzip, then rename the inside file to .zip again, and then unzip yet again.

you can't keep zipping a file until it is 1 bit in size.
you can split the file using a zip program so each part is smaller or use winrar and raise the compression for a slight decrease in zip file size
