These days, anyone can get the lowest price on eBay or off comparison sites. How do you make an ecommerce site in which people don't care to look for the lowest prices? Or, what strategies have you sen others use?

Offer fast shipping, friendly service, new payments methods. For example I'm always looking for ways to pay other than paypal so that's one reason I don't use eBay.
