How to comment when you have multiple accounts?

Hey guys,

I am currently running 9 accounts. I am running all accounts on Followliker for following and liking with proxies.

I want to start using the accounts to be making comments on larger accounts to get some traffic, but i want to do manual/intelligent commenting.

What is the best way to do the commenting in a way that doesnt risk the accounts ?
For ex. Hootesuite
Logging in and out of Websta.me with the same proxies ?
