You can not.
Scrapebox does not support authentication. So if you have to login, then you can not do it.

I have exactly the same question but if I'm already logged in and if it appears in the comment section the comment box already with "publish" button, then it's possible to comment? Like the image I show here:

as @Steptoe noted, scrpebox is not using your browser. so the login is set in your browser but what is acctually happening is scrapebox is using raw sockets and threads and scrapebox does not support authentication, so scrapebox can not login to blogspot.
