How to come up with daily ideas?

I generally do a lot of research on things that interest me, but a good tip is to write things down or take a note if you have a good thought. Many times I have had great ideas out of the blue, but forgotten when trying to recall later.
What ideas are you searching for? To do with business?
 
I'm checking what keywords my competitors are targeting and when I see a pattern, something worth writing about then I usually go for it.
 
Ah that's easy. Go outside for a walk on your own and start thinking. It's much more productive than thinking, while you are at home. That's maybe because of the fresh air, but I don't know.
Sounds stupid I know. :)
 
Don't just spend the next day researching the next article, to only then repeat the process again the next day, you should spend a few hours researching like the next months of 30 days content.
Keeping track of your categories is helpful to know what you have covered.
 
Ideas tend to come to me when I'm alone, active, and doing something physically hard. Think a beach run, a solo camping trip, etc. As cliche as it may sound, you need to be out of your comfort zone. However, do keep your phone with you and once an idea hits, write it down immediately. Personally, a device with a stylus is what I like to use for this purpose.

Also: do more, think less. Meaning ideas will come to you once you start doing something productive.
 
Simply saying my software to find new ideas are my Brain and my Heart. Whenever my mind and heart gets relaxed calmly, new ideas / thoughts will origin. I will make a note of it using my phone or my notepad. At night, i will start to plan for the ideas/thoughts into action. Those software is helping me more.
 
The best form to find news and good ideas is at the shower,
think about the shower while the hot water runs.

Thinking that I remove all the bad and that something good comes

Do you mean blog ideas? if yes, you can use several methods to find ideas like:
-Research on the niche forum questions and Quora, those questions people asking can be an idea for your blog
-You can check the blog ideas from your target keyword by inputting the target keyword on Google search and seeing the blog topic results shown.
-You can use also paid tool like answer the public to get an idea from your primary keywords
 
Search suggestions help with related topics.

Also kw explorers like semrush find lots of related ideas.

Otherwise smoking weed, whisky, cigarettes and other shit's what seems to keep people being creative. Not me tho. I'm not creative.
 
Ideas will trigger where you have a private space to spend your time peacefully..
 
- Google's search predictions
- Google trends (Related topics for a seed kw)
- Terms for which user-generated content ranks for (Quora & Reddit)

Extensions like Keywords everywhere also helps

I usually do brainstorming. You should write all the ideas into a piece of paper ( whatever comes to your mind ), and then pick the best of it.
 
Do the keyword research and work around those.
