You can't expect to keep rankings for keywords forever, even if you didn't change anything, it will fluctuate because there is always someone else looking intentionally or unintentionally to rank for it.
1. Reverse whatever you changed, or if you did some update or something wait awhile for rankings to return.
2. Look up who is ranking for that keyword now - and the difference between backlinks (or something else) to that particular page.
