How to cold email 200 000 emails?

SMTP - multiple
Mautic - for maling
Webmin / Mail-in-a-box for smtp building
Mail cleaner as well

Just make sure to clean up the list and warm up the smtps. Then you will be fine. It will not cost you so much though.

You seem to have knowledge about this, so maybe you can solve this: I keep running into a problem with SMTP providers, namely whanever I ask then if they allow cold mailing they all answer "no" despite offering stuff like "no hourly/daily limits" and have entire sections of website dedicated to "how to succeed at cold emailing guide".

Is this all "dont ask dont tell" situation in which you just register, configure and start sending and they don't ask about the list or am I missing something?

what about creating many gmail accounts, warming them up a bit sending emails between them and then sending 50 emails per day with each of them?

I will try this.

Make a lot of gmails and others like yahoo and outlook.
Send at least 100 emails per gmail via bcc.
In those 100 emails input your own gmail, yahoo and outlook one for each to see whether your email land inbox.
This method is of course a lot of manual work. I use it because I don't have money.

I suggest to get a smtp server on a vps .. more likely to send 200k or more a day ... Here are some of my setups i created on a vps, im using a desktop mailer connected to my vps on that video ... real time clicks and more likely inbox for sure. If anyone needs some help or setup contact me via Skype my id is same as my username.

As far as I understand it, the best way to cold email that amount is to:

1. Get a domain, set up an email on that domain.

2. Link it to paid Gsuite account. Or do I use Gmass altogether? How does Gmonster fit into this?

3. Warmup the email account via incremantal numbers.

4. Use a warmup service on top of that.

5. Limit max emails after warmup to 200/day after warmup period.

6. Pray I don't get blocked by google.

7. Pray I get 10% inbox delivery.

Sounds about right or am I missing something?
You're going down a long rabbit hole with email servers and cold emailing. I've been optimizing my email server for over a year to scale successfully because there are not many resources on it. Yes, there are tutorials on building a server. But when trying to scale you run into scaling problems that you can't get from any tutorials online. My server is a mautic + mailwizz with postal as the sender. 2 VPS servers. Mautic is used for cold email marketing and once the campaign is sent. I send active subscribers to mailwizz for additional emails in the future. BUT YOU CANT SPAM. If you have a good-sized email list. Keep the campaigns to 2 months long. So your first email sent, he/she doesn't receive another email for 2 months. The lastest email campaign for me was a total of 27k emails, scaled up to 1000 a day, the beginning is slow. 50% open rate. Your leads have to be rock solid to not end up in spam. If you're getting a low open rate that's an easy sign for spam. I landed in inbox the whole campaign, so it was a success. But the leads are the hardest part to acquire for scaling. Start research cause I still think cold email marketing is a viable strategy. Email marketing is perfect for establishing connections and building up relationships. The bad news is from the looks of this post, I don't think you're going to have much luck. It sounds like this list is not highly targeted and won't get a high open-rate. Also, there is no landing in "inbox" 10% It's either you are in the clear or you're blacklisted. With cold email marketing your walking on eggshells the whole campaign, so the chances of running email lists long term without a high open rate makes the odds slim.

Great tutorial there thanks a bunch. I gave cold emailing a try with Microsoft Office 365, using domain email. Mails would arrive in gmails inbox but in Outlook spam box. You have an idea about why?

i was also having same problem, btw how you guys get emails for cold emaling? I use instagram scraper tool to get email but doesn't work at that much.
I built my original email list of 72k using growmeorganic when no buddy knew about it and stopped after a 1-month subscription. It was easily the best service but got sued by Facebook and taken down. I am going to try profilebud next to build up to 100k. But the problem now is scaling. Instagram is really cracking down on it. So even if I can secure 2k emails a day with profilebud. Which for the scale I could take my server isn't that good. But it's good enough considering Instagram eventually might make it impossible to scrape emails. I could do a review on profilebud after a couple of months once I really dive into gaining leads and let everyone know the results.

Thanks, could you give more information on the topic. What process were you in warming up your domain email? Different mailbox service providers can be more strict. I would assume outlook is going to watch for cold email marketing more than Gmail. Also, was your sending score tested before starting to send emails. There can be a lot of different variables that can limit your progress. Even the setup with Microsoft 365 could be a problem.

there's better services than profilebud, its as slow as it gets (if you need 500k be ready to wait a few weeks) and it lacks bigtime on features . Not to mention the initial $50 fee for something that you can basically do for free .

About the scraping , it will never be impossible to scrape emails as long as they are accessible by other users there will be always a way .

If you do things properly gmail is perfectly fine, just do a few split tests first , make sure to use a large spintax and follow some simple rules such as not including shortlinks or hyperlinks with a name that doesnt match the link .

Never had inbox issues, the advantage of using gmail is exactly the inbox rates being much higher than SMTP , you can get 99% with it as long as the email doesnt trigger any spam filters because of bad practices .

You can also give blackbulkmail a try ...

out of curiosity what were you selling to the instagram leads?

This is not cold emailing, this is spam. Cold emailing is all about filling your calendar with meetings, not selling a clickbank product.

If you want to sell weight loss thats perfectly fine you just have to use a SOI or DOI list.

You can use push or native for list building in these niches.

I agree if you're not offering value when reaching out to someone. You're automatically going to not be sucessful.

Or use something like an old cracked copy of mailerking and go nuts. I heard people still are able to send with it. Wish I could get more detailed info though .
