How to code domain scraper?

Hi guys.

I found a decent programmer who's quite cheap. Planning to get him to write a custom script to scrape domains for my local PBN. What should the program look for? Anyone with experience? And which language is best? Thanks guys

With all due respect, your programmer should know the answer to all of those questions or at the very least, it should be easy for him to determine the answers.

Your question about which language to use is a little odd...your programmer knows presumably 1, maybe 2 languages well...if he's cheap, I would suggest neither is the case. Be careful with who you hire and how you allocate your money.
