What is best way to close someone's page or facebook acount ?

The best thing you can try to do is shake off that turds mentality that you have, all will be fine then.

You can report them and If you have a decent explanation why you want to get the page closed, they might actually close It. That's the only legit way to do It.

Hit the page really hard with a hammer next time your on it.

Repeat until you can't see it anymore.

Go to his page, make sure the page is visible on your screen. Then take your pc and put it in a washing machine on a 60 degree wash, then run it through the spin cycle twice, and voila you will no longer be able to see that page.

If you have the good reason to close that account then make it simple..REPORT THAT PAGE.

Does the page break any rules? Report it.

Does the page copy any of your stuff, send a cease & desist letter (Google for a template) to their hosting/biller/domain registrar.

If the page does not break any rules or copy any of your stuff, write a fake cease & desist letter

Failing all of this, I suggest you get yourself some app that looks for weaknesses in their hosting.

I see that you can barely express yourself in English, so sending correct cease & desist letters might be too difficult for you.
