No. Is a tool that every modern browser has.

Firefox: Tools > Browser Tools > Web Developer Tools
Chrome: More tools > Developer tools

Does this fix the problem with HTTrack not being able to fetch data from CDN's like CloudFront? I've been having some real issues ripping semi-complex landers for a project.
