How to Clone MAC Addy with Time Warner and Netgear

I need help trying to clone a MAC address or changing the IP/MAC with my Netgear CG814WG v2 wireless modem/router. I have Time Warner Cable as my ISP is that part of the problem? There was a mistake and I got banned from my favorite gaming site and I cant contact them to message to them that I should be unbanned and it was a mistake. I thought by unplugging the modem 24hrs would help but it didn't. If anyone knows the solution to being able to clone this Netgear Router or change the IP so I can go undetected and message this site, that would be great.

your more thenlikely gonna have to call timewarner to get your mac change cause even if you get to do it manully you wont be able to sign into your internet anymore.

You can change your mac address by going to your adapter properties and change your "Network Address" from "not present" to automatically assigned. Or get a mac address changer application (just google it). You should see an option in your router configuration asking what mac address you want, change it from default to your computers mac address. Then you will lose you connection, unplug your modem, and restart your computer. You will have new IP when you relogin. Worse, comes to worse, plug your computer into your cable modem, and that will also get you a new IP address.
