You can see most of the plugins and themes from sourcecode. Once you now the Theme you can hire a designer to customize that theme as per the demo that you want.

You can't just simply copy WordPress themes. Period. You need to find out what theme they are using and then either hire a designer, or try to replicate their website by yourself.
