Have you tried HTTrack? It does't cover databases though, mostly whatever is available in HTML.
Also, there was a Reddit thread in which a developer built a website clone tool using React. Can't seem to find it though.
Edit: I found it!
PS: I haven't used that tool from Reddit, so use at your own risk.

some sites will be difficult to copy with react. node js (javascript tech) not just html css so it will take time to learn
if you have time to can learn to code and you will know how to copy (it is not fast though)

am looking for mass cloning. WP will take time. The above clone code suggested by @PHPInjected is working fine. Just need some corrections which am into it now.
Depends on what do you want to replicate? If you are serious and trying to make real business contact me so I can see if I can help you. Cloning something like that is not a smart business move. Web site has a purpose and if you don't know exactly what is it, then you are just wasting your time.
