how to cloak for blogspot?

I been researching but found none - in particular, I am trying to find the htaccess file in my blogspot blog too, but can't find it to put my cloaking code inside (to redirect).

Any leads?

Blogspot is owned by google, you can not put .htaccess there, on their servers.

You are not going to cloak anything that is uploaded to the Google servers.
