Its very hard to clear Ghost followers, unless you spend hours manually going through each account. Instagram clear up all ghost accounts every year.

But the app instaghost does not allow you to block right? and it's only in blocking people that you delete them..

Good question. I haven't found the official answer to this question, but this Twitter conversation tells me that you're able to block 99 accounts per hour

As far as I understud, it only scrapes 120 likes per pic, so it's impossible to clean properly, isn't?
unless you got less than 120 likes per pic...
