Yes, its possible to do clean a nulled one...but are you sure it has something vulnerable scripts..and did you notice any like it has JS or communicating to other web api or ads ?

It is not worth it in the long run. I have had bad experiences with using that sort of stuff, it ruined my hosting without my knowledge though. It was very stealth and I burned through so many facebook ad accounts because of this. I only figured this out after rigorous analysis later what actually happened.

are you sure you need to clean them? Because many of thm are working properly without problems.
