It depends on the brand niche, for clothing I generally go with Mediterranean Italian surnames, like "Cortenova" "dimarzio" "D'Amato" ecc...

I'd say use some of your own imagination. It's your own personal brand - what's the point in copying names and/or using name generators, etc.
