How to choose frameworks for ideal SEO website developing

Hi, I am building a website with the main goal getting as much traffic from SE as possible. (comparing prices with competition, profits per sell are making advertisements not worth it).

I am a web developer so I can either develop from scratch (native js, react, angular) or use one of the existing frameworks (wordpress, shopify, wix)
What would be my best choice? given the fact that development time, learning curve, cost etc is irrelevant.
