I use Quick Cache. Super easy and effective.

I'm using both on 2 separate sites and have used them both on several sites in the past. Both work well on shared servers, and unless you have very specific requirements, it won't really matter which you use.

Just choose 1 and go with it, no rocket science. They both work well.

I also use Quick Cache because it is easier to configure and work well with my hosting.
