I have a site with good traffic. Keywords - online casino, poker, card games, roulette.

What PPC system suggest? Adsense is not appropriate. Where will bid more?
To that like more? Help me choose!

As such key words are among the highest bidov the Internet.

I like most http://www.bizzclick.com PPC, can you hear? The high bids, with convenient feeds and detailed statistics on clicks, I was satisfied.

And payments each week. Sometimes even a bad thing to make happen?

It depends on the amount of traffic you expect and the kind of PPC campaigns you put up. Adsense is however recommended.
