How to Choose a Domain Name for Flipping

So I made something like a bot that searches for available domains - I search only .com .org and .net

I am new to domain flipping - I sold some websites at Flippa but never domains

So when I find available domain what is the important thing to search... I found some domains with those stats for their main keyword

1st domain .net - Volume: 165,000/mo | CPC: $18.80 | Competition: 0.03
same stats for .org

2nd domain .net - Volume: 823,000/mo | CPC: $0.70 | Competition: 0

3rd domain .com - Volume: 550,000/mo | CPC: $4.88 | Competition: 0.06

All domains are one-word domains no dashes -

Should I register those domains and try to sell them on Flippa... I mean maybe they are worth at least 40$ so 10$ for domain and 10$ for listing = 40$ = 100% ROI

Hi, what bot do you use for domain search?

I am using my PHP script for querying and I have whois script - so my script does a query where whois script checks for Whois info. If it can not find whois info - domain is available.

I always go with something that I could build something out with on my own if I am not able to resell it right off the bat. That way then you can build up a site and then flip the site.
