Recently I ordered some articles and I have used copyscape to check quality BUT
what i find is most of the articles pass copyscape but when I am reading thoroughly i found that most of lines are not making any sense SO i think writer is trying to create article for copyscape not readers.

Can you help me to provide any tool to check not only copyscape 100% but also quality of article.

You can search for plagiarism checker on google. I use mainly grammarly's plagiarism for this purpose
