Started a blog close to two weeks ago. Traffic has gradually been increasing but at a rapid rate.
Last few days i have been sitting at 450 UV's (+/- 50) yesterday i got just over 1,000 UV's.
All my traffic is coming from social networking sites, well that's what i think. Is there anyway i can check?
Maybe someone is spamming my site, i'm not sure.

Any help would be appreciated!

surely you can add google analytics code in your site and know various aspects of your visitors like time spent on site, referring site, country etc

use bing webmater tool and google analytics. Compare the results and you won't go wrong. By the way how are you generating your traffic, I mean how exactly, need lots of traffic on my monetized site. If you like I could also assist you monetize yours. All the best

Google Analytics. If you're paranoid about google knowing where and how you get your traffic you can use StatCounter. Those are the two i have experience with and they are both quite good.

All my traffic is legit, just surprised as the sudden increase in UV's

Eventually Google Analytics wins, so you can go with GA without having any doubt :drive:

yes google analytics. or you can try Compete but that will cost money

Google analytics, or if you use Wordpress then JetPack has stats built in which tells you where you referrals are coming from.

Again for Wordpress: Statpress is ugly as sin but tracks Spiders, so if you aren't seeing what you want in GA or JetPack, it can give you some clues.
