How to check someons traffic if they restricted SEO bots like ahref semrush

Hy Guys I want to know is there is any possible way I can check someone traffic if they restricted the semrush ahref or SEO tools bots

also I want to see backlinks which is the possible methods to do??

Ahrefs & Semrush use keywords volume and average CTR for the positions to estimate the traffic,
So, even if the website(s) is blocking both of them, they will be able to show estimated traffic based on their data,
The same is true for the keywords they rank for, the pages they use to rank, etc...

Ahrefs and Semrush don't need access to the sites to get the traffic estimate. The primary reason they try to visit sites is to crawl their outgoing links. It's mostly links. So, if the traffic figures you're seeing on these tools is low, it's not because the tools ere blocked, rather the site isn't ranking for much.

By the way, take every traffic estimate with a grain of salt, none of them is accurate. They're only estimates and do not provide traffic data you should completely rely on. Same applies to other tools. Unless said tool has access to the websites themselves.
