Not received any notification. But I planned to buy expired domain to develop google adsense program. So I need to check those domain is penalised or not. I don't know how to check? So anyone explain it

ver hard to determine, may check the citation flow and the anchor keywords, also if the site is still indexed in Google, and in that case, check what are the titles being displayed. May also check archive for a preview of how the site use to look like

If the site is still indexed in Google that proves it wasn't de-indexed but doesn't prove it wasn't penalised. And if the site isn't indexed in Google that doesn't prove it was penalised if it's a dropped domain.

As I understand your question, you don't even own the domain yet. That will make it very hard to determine wether it was penalised or not. Your best bet is to check wayback machine (archive.org) snapshots and look for anything suspicious.

Quick way ( not my method, not sure who shared it but I read it on BHW and it works for me most of the time) .. Paste the domain in goo.gl. Copy the link, wait for minimum 30 seconds, open a private browser ( or a different browser) and paste the link. Click go. if the link redirects to the domain, it is okay, if not.. it's a spam.

Obviously there may be false positives with this method and you want to check for the backlink profile/archive.org profile etc too.
