Hey,

So I have a couple of reports with links, but they don't show which exact URL of my website pages they link to.
Is there a way with Xenu in combination with Scrapebox to analyze this?

- The thing with Xenu is, when I start with let's say 300 backlinks, it starts to analyze each and every inner-page of the site's I enter, not just the one's where I have a backlink.

Which mean's that this way, it takes way to long - the only way I see is by adding the backlinks aswell to the "Do not check any URLs beginning with this" - but once again, I takes very long to add every link one-by-one.

Am I missing any settings there?
I don't want to strain my assistant with these kind of annoying stuff to do manually with my (current) strategy :tool:

If you don't have millions of pages, this will do, http://www.brokenlinkcheck.com/

Put your URL in and grab a coffee or tea (if you're a Brit).

Hey mate,

Yes, this is also nice to see which links are dead linked from inside the webpage, thx.

But I'm talking about extern backlinks which link to inner-pages i.e. to an old version of a website :)

Got it, I found a way to get the exact URL where the backlinks link to - now it's easily done, just alive-check with Scrapebox (200/301 in the settings)

I must say I haven't found a perfect tool for that as most of the free ones have limits of max 20-30 checked pages. You need to Google "reciprocal links checker" and list parts of your backlinks to check all of them.

Xenu is a great tool but not for checking broken backlinks.
