So I have found a domain that I like and also found out that it has pretty ok DA/PA.

DA - 31 and PA - 28

Also checked majestic and found that TF is 12 and CF is 25.

What else should I look for?

I'm new to SEO so every help is appreciated. What worries me is the high spam score.

Would this domain be okay for money site? Do I have to check anything else?

Thank you!

P.S: Below I attached the domain stats.

Check the amount of links and domains. Also, check the quality of the links, as in are they software built. Also check the anchor text for over optimisation and bad links such as pharmaceutical, sex, etc. Use wayback machine to see what the site looked like before, also try to check social shares as this is always a good bonus to have, good luck

Hi @Shropdog! Thanks for your information. Can you take a look at the domain stats and tell me if it's ok? I greatly appreciate any help.

no worries. it's not my speciality, if you look under the black and white hat threads here for domains etc you'll see who writes advive threads. But my honest opinion without looking at the anchor text to see if it has a heavy leaning of exact anchors and looking to check the quality of the content on way back machine, what you have shown in the images looks really good. I would put one of my money sites on that domain.

Domain name has been registered 19 years ago and was used as a blog and movie ranking site until 2016. After this date, I can't see any more pages in web archive.

I checked with site:domainname.com to see if was blacklisted by Google, but it still appears in the search results. Is this a good sign or isn't relevant for domain health?

Thanks!

Ah its non dropped? Then is possible to be clean. site:domain -> this means that the domain doesn't have manual penalty which is a good sign. If the results in the SERP are consistent with what you see in the archive, then the domain is very likely good.

Actually, in the SERP appears only the domain name (1 result), because now the domain isn't attached to a website and has no content.
