How do I check if my proxies are SMTP-enabled?

Proxylist.co has the SMTP filter (SOCKS ONLY) that will do the job.

Ok I'm using ProxyFire but I don't see the option to check for speed, where is that?

It shows you respons time in seconds unless you don't have check this in options.
