how to check if google will see it as duplicated content?

I want to make linkwheel with creating blogs, or minisites like squidoo. For each site I need content, but I don't want to write completly new article for each site, so I decided to rewrite it. Its a bit problem couse my page is not in english and I will need to rewrite it by hand. Is there any software with wich I can check uniqness by compering original and rewriten artice? I just don't wat to google detect it as duplicated content and penalize my site or backlinks.Thanks.

if you rewrite it on your own language how can it be duplicate content?
