How to check if domain is spam?

Sup, so I want to check if the domain is SPAM before I use it for PBN.
My strategy is to check the domain on ahrefs and take a look on CTLDs Distribution. If there are any links from the China or Russia or any world country like that (India, Japan) I don't use this domain because its probably spam. Also I check anchor text on ahrefs as well to see if contains any words related to gambling, adult or some similar words...
So should I use any other strategy to see if domain is spam or is this okay?

There are many threads detailing domain backlink analysis. Having a backlink from certain countries does not mean spam. There are many things to look at. Look for blog comments on pages with thousands of other links. Similarly, look for guestbooks, forum profiles etc.
