How to check if backlinks has been indexed by Google?

Look for the URL, go to google search and do this query. site:www.sample/sample/sample.

If you have opened the url already, it is important that you clear your cache/cookies before you do this. And use incognito mode too.
If you don't do this, you'll get a false positive results. Meaning, it will say it is indexed, but really it isn't, and it is only showing up because you already opened it.
Go to google.com, no matter what country is that, then type site:fill-with-url-here
If there's a result, it means it is indexed.
